Before participating in any video consultation service provided through the Youdon APP (the “Service”), please carefully read and fully understand this Video Consultation Service Consent (the “Consent”).

By participating in the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Qualifications and Scope of Service
Youdon online experts provide health-related consultation and general wellness guidance only.
They do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or clinical decision-making.
If you require medical diagnosis, treatment, or other medical services, you must seek assistance from a licensed medical institution or healthcare professional.
2. Service Hours, Fees, and Cancellation Policy
Before engaging in any video consultation, you are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable service hours, fee structure, and cancellation policy.
Youdon experts will provide consultation recommendations based on the information you provide and your stated needs. Such recommendations are for reference purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
3. User Responsibilities and Precautions
You confirm that your physical and mental condition is suitable for participating in an online consultation at the time of use.
You agree to follow reasonable recommendations provided by the expert during the consultation. If you experience discomfort or worsening symptoms, you should immediately discontinue the consultation and seek appropriate medical assistance.
4. Emergency Situations
If, during the video consultation, the expert determines that your condition may involve an emergency or requires further in-person evaluation or treatment, the expert will advise you to immediately seek assistance from local medical professionals or emergency services.
The Service is not intended for emergency use.
5. Information Security and Privacy Protection
Youdon implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information and privacy and complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Youdon APP Privacy Policy.
6. Accuracy of Information Provided
You agree to provide complete, truthful, and accurate personal information and relevant health-related details during the consultation.
Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in inappropriate recommendations and increased risk, for which Youdon shall not be liable.
7. Recording and Data Retention
To protect the rights and interests of both parties and to ensure service quality and dispute resolution, all video consultations will be audio- and video-recorded and securely stored.
All recordings and related data, including personal data and privacy-related information, will be kept confidential and protected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Consent Confirmation
By proceeding with the video consultation service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth in this Consent and voluntarily agree to participate in the Service under these conditions.
