SUBSCRIPTION AND REDEMPTION TERMS

Welcome to the Youdon APP. 
Please read the following Subscription and Redemption Terms (the “Terms”) carefully before using the APP. By registering for, accessing, or using the APP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

 

I. Subscription Plans and Payment 

The Youdon APP offers various subscription plans, including but not limited to monthly and annual subscriptions, each with different pricing and service periods. 

You agree to pay all fees applicable to the subscription plan you select. Payment methods may include, but are not limited to, credit cards or in-app payment mechanisms provided by application platform operators (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). 

 

II. Subscription Period and Renewal 

Each subscription plan has a designated subscription period, which begins on the date you successfully subscribe. 

Unless canceled prior to the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew upon expiration of the applicable term, and the corresponding subscription fee will be charged. 

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings before the current subscription period ends. 

 

III. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

You may cancel your subscription at any time. All subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and you may continue to access the subscribed services until the end of the current subscription period. 

Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew in accordance with your selected plan without further renewal notice. 

If you have enrolled in a free trial or discounted trial subscription and do not wish to continue, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. 

In the event of a material service failure or inability to provide services, the Company may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a full or partial refund. 

 

IV. Redemption Services 

Redemption codes may provide discounts, promotional offers, or other additional benefits. 

Each redemption code is subject to a specific validity period and will become invalid upon expiration. 

Redemption codes are applicable only to designated products, services, or subscription plans. Please refer to the terms associated with each redemption code for details regarding eligibility and usage scope. 

 

V. User Responsibilities 

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Youdon APP and related services. 

You shall not use the APP for any illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or improper activities. 

Unauthorized modification, duplication, reuse, distribution, resale, or transfer of redemption codes is strictly prohibited. 

If the Company detects any misuse or violation related to redemption codes, it reserves the right to revoke such codes and take any other appropriate actions. 

 

VI. Privacy Policy 

The Company respects your privacy. Please review the Youdon APP Privacy Policy to understand how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. 

 

VII. Content and Intellectual Property 

All content, images, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property provided through the Youdon APP are owned by the Company or its licensors. 

You may use such content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes during the valid period of your subscription or redemption code. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any content in any manner without prior authorization. 

 

VIII. Modifications and Notice 

The Company reserves the right to modify subscription plans, redemption codes, pricing, and these Terms at any time. 

Any changes will be announced within the Youdon APP and, where required by applicable laws or platform policies, users will be notified prior to such changes taking effect. 

Your continued use of the APP after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
