TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for using the Youdon APP (the “APP”), a mobile application operated and managed by Meco Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). 

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions governing your access to and use of the APP, including the Company’s information security practices and usage policies, in order to protect your rights and interests. 

By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using the APP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all related policies published within the APP. 
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the APP and refrain from providing any personal information.

I. Data Security 

The APP employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. 

To safeguard user privacy and data security, user account information is protected by password authentication. The Company implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 

II. User Conduct 

You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies when using the APP. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the APP and to pursue legal remedies, including claims for damages, if you engage in any prohibited conduct described herein.

III. Notifications and Data Usage 

The Company may send automated notifications from time to time, including notifications related to account activity, appointments, or system updates. 

Notifications transmitted by the Company are not encrypted and will never include passwords. However, notifications may contain personal information such as appointment details, exercise prescriptions, or preventive health-related information. 

You acknowledge and agree that while the Company endeavors to provide accurate and timely notifications, delays or omissions may occur.

Data Collection and Analysis 

By using the APP, you consent to the collection, use, and analysis of your data by the Company in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for the purposes of improving functionality, optimizing performance, enhancing security, and providing better services. 

The data collected may include, but is not limited to, usage behavior data, device information, location data (with your consent), and motion parameters (with your consent). Prior to any research or analytical use, data will be anonymized to ensure that your personal identity cannot be reasonably identified.

Motion Recognition Technology 

You acknowledge and agree that the APP may utilize motion recognition technology to collect motion-related parameters solely when you have enabled and consented to the relevant features. 

This technology is designed to enhance exercise performance by providing personalized exercise programs and real-time motion feedback. The APP does not record or store any video or image data.

IV. Content Usage and Intellectual Property 

All content provided by the Company through the APP, including text, images, videos, and proprietary motion algorithms, is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. 

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

V. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability 

The Youdon APP provides home-based physical exercise recommendations prepared by licensed physical therapists based on user assessments. 

Users are solely responsible for ensuring safety during exercise. The Company shall not be liable for injuries resulting from personal negligence or failure to follow professional guidance.

VI. Reservation of Rights 

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the APP following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such revisions.
